JOE RELAXO 24HR RACE: Race week is the best week!

Joe Relaxo 24HR Challenge added a new twist to the 2021 race. I am just happy to participate in my first in person race in a year.

I ACCEPTED THE GOGGINS 4X4X48 CHALLENGE

My training since March of 2020 was pathetic. I could not find any momentum in my running. Therefore I decided to shock my body and mind into gear to finish the year out strong. That is why I completed the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge. This was my experience.

Road iD: A review of wearable safety for any adventure.

The Road iD bracelet should be an essential piece of gear for any adventurist. I take mine on every activity from paddleboarding to trail running.
